Meet isaac

At Halo Coffee we are like one big family, so let’s say hello to Isaac. He is one of our sales development managers based up in Auckland and an all round good guy.

We asked him a bit about his coffee journey and here’s what he had to say:

Q: Tell us about your coffee career?

A: I was a barista on and off for a decade before joining Allpress Coffee in roasting and distribution. After 2.5 years there and a desire to get into sales, I moved to Fast Connect and ended up working with some of NZ’s leading Real Estate Agents, learning the tricks of the sales trade. But coffee was my passion and the chance to get back into the industry was too good to miss, and the Halo family is a great one to be in.

Q: Best place to enjoy coffee in NZ?

A: My 2 year old’s playhouse (aka ‘The Cafe’), not the most spacious spot for a coffee, but the company is excellent and the passion second to none!

Q: What’s your brew?

A: Variety is the spice of life and my coffee tastes are no exception, so generally I drink filter at home and either a good old kiwi flat white or a long black if I’m out and about.
